If you purchase one of our digital products and decide it isn't right for you, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

What's Covered?

Our Money-Back Guarantee applies to digital products purchased directly from Fredrick's Fortunes, including our downloadable D&D 5e homebrew content and other digital resources. To qualify for the guarantee:

• The refund request must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• The product must have been purchased directly through the Fredrick's Fortunes website.
• You must provide sufficient information for us to identify your original order, such as your order number or the email address used to make the purchase.

You don't need to prove that there is anything wrong with the product. If you've tried it and simply don't feel it was worth your purchase, that's enough.

How to Claim

To request a refund, contact Fredrick's Fortunes within 30 days of your purchase and provide your order details. Once your request has been approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Fair Use

Our Money-Back Guarantee is intended to let customers purchase our content with confidence, not to provide ongoing free access to our products.

We therefore reserve the right to refuse claims where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being abused, including where a customer:

• repeatedly purchases and refunds Fredrick's Fortunes products;
• purchases multiple products, downloads or accesses them, and then requests refunds for all or a substantial number of them;
• appears to be using refund requests as a means of obtaining our digital products without paying for them; or
• otherwise acts fraudulently or abuses the guarantee.

A genuine request because you weren't satisfied with a product will not be treated as abuse.

After a Refund

Where a refund is issued under this guarantee, your licence to use the refunded digital product ends. You should delete any downloaded copies of the refunded product and must not continue to use, distribute, reproduce, share or otherwise make use of the refunded content.

Digital Downloads & Cancellation Rights

Our digital products are normally made available for download or access immediately after purchase. Where required by applicable law, by requesting immediate access to digital content you may be asked to expressly consent to the supply of that content beginning immediately and to acknowledge that this may affect your statutory right to cancel the purchase. The Fredrick's Fortunes 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is a separate voluntary guarantee that we provide in addition to your statutory rights.

Faulty or Misdescribed Digital Content

Nothing in this Money-Back Guarantee limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer law. If digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet your statutory rights, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund independently of this guarantee.

Changes to the Guarantee

Fredrick's Fortunes may amend or withdraw this Money-Back Guarantee for future purchases.

Any changes will not affect a valid guarantee applying to a purchase made before those changes took effect.

Your Statutory Rights

This Money-Back Guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect those rights.
